Some lab values we prefer to optimize into a higher range than what appears as normal on your results form. For example, vitmain B12 levels above 200pg/ml is considered "normal". However, some studies show that below 400pg/ml patients may experience neuropsychiatric symptoms. Since it does not appear as abnormal, this can often be missed.
